Yes, customers are responsible for these duties. International orders are shipped on a delivery duty paid (DDP) basis therefore international shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout and charged when the order is placed. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and we do not provide return labels for international orders at this time. International orders over $500 will receive free shipping.
