If a customer opts for instant exchange, the system will automatically trigger an exchange order. If a customer opts for automated exchange, the exchange will ship once the return is received and processed in the warehouse! Please allow 2-5 business days for your exchange to ship. The returned good must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date.
